Hi Gib I am taking the time to write to commend the attitude and service of Steven Whitney who was manning your PakMail store in West Hartford, on Saturday morning. We had spent much of the morning trying to pack a 17-lb box to ship internationally. For our final step we wanted to place our box into another box with bubble-wrap. Steven took the time to explain a couple of options, then sold us a 20"x20" box, cut it to the right height, then helped us tape it shut ... all in a matter of 3-4 minutes. My girlfriend and I were both delighted with his efficiency and the final packaging ... exceeded our expectations! We had been to the UPS store earlier in the morning, and there is no comparison. Steven has made us PakMail converts for life ... no more UPS Store, FedEx, or any other options as long as there is a PakMail nearby.
